The Fit Plan
Exercise and nutrition - they’re both necessary. What will it take to get to where I want to be? Do I want it or not? Do I want it enough to push for it? To push hard? To push past the, “well, I’m doing good enough. I don’t have to be a fanatic.” No, I don’t. But I have to be dedicated. It has to be something I just do. Something I learn to enjoy. To make it fun. To make it part of my life.
I must remember: I don’t have to be perfect. It’s ok to have imperfections. But I can be fit and healthy.
I've got the nutrition. I know how to eat well. How to eat to be trim, fit, and healthy. So I just have to do it. And exercise? I've got that too. Now it's time to use these things to my advantage.
And it will be fun. I love healthy, delicious food. I can enjoy working out. I've just never gotten past that point of, "Well, I look fine. I'm kind of fit. I'm a healthy weight at least." I want more than that. And it's possible to get there. And so, this is my journey. How can I do it? How will I do it?
And so, here I go!
